KTMG Consulting assisted a major corporation to re-engineer their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The KPIs had incrementally grown over the years and with some significant business changes approaching, the time was right to revisit the package. The project rationalized the number of indicators from 70 to around 10 measures. Also, the Executive reporting and Board of Directors reporting was combined to provide a seamless view. In addition, KTMG Consulting refined the definition of the measures to ensure clarity and consistency across the measures. The process for producing the KPIs is also being overhauled to effect operational efficiencies.
